AAP’s Amir Singh support INC’s Dharmapal for Haryana Elections

Haryana Assembly Elections: A Pivotal Moment for Political Parties

Congress Positions Itself as a Beacon of Hope

As the political landscape heats up in Haryana, the Congress party confidently positions itself as a beacon of hope. Recently, Congress candidate Dharampal received an important endorsement from Amar Singh, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidate from Nilokheri Assembly. Moreover, this support adds significant momentum to Congress’s campaign.

In a post on X, the Haryana Congress highlighted this alliance. They stated, “The decision of @AAPHaryana candidate Amar Singh ji and his supporters from Nilokheri Assembly, led by Leader of Opposition in Punjab Assembly Shri @Partap_Sbajwa ji, to back @INCIndia candidate Dharampal ji demonstrates that Congress is the foremost hope for Haryana.”

Major Parties Rally for Support

As we approach the voting date on October 5, senior leaders from all major parties are intensifying their efforts to secure support. This includes the BJP, Congress, JJP, INLD, AAP, and BSP.

Notably, Nuh has attracted attention due to significant unrest from riots in July and August 2023. Congress candidate Aftab Ahmed aims to reclaim his seat, having won it in the 2019 Haryana Assembly elections. Conversely, the BJP has nominated Sanjay Singh, who previously secured victory in the Sohna seat during the last elections.

BJP Aims for Historic Third Term

On October 2, Union Housing and Urban Affairs Minister Manohar Lal Khattar outlined the BJP‘s ambitious plans. He expressed the party’s determination to form a clear government and make history by achieving a third consecutive term in Haryana.

Specifically, Khattar asserted, “The BJP will set a record, as no other party has achieved a third consecutive term in Haryana. Congress has only managed two terms and has not been able to secure a third.”

Key Voting Details

To clarify, voting for all 90 Assembly constituencies in Haryana will occur on October 5, from 7 AM to 6 PM. The counting of votes will follow on October 8.

In the 2019 Assembly elections, the BJP won 40 of the 90 seats, forming a coalition government with the JJP, which secured 10 seats. Meanwhile, Congress captured 31 seats.

Conclusion: A Critical Election Ahead

As election day approaches, the stakes remain high for all parties involved. The electorate is ready to make crucial decisions that will shape Haryana‘s future.

Ultimately, the next few days will be vital in determining the political landscape of the state.
